When Will My Trips to Mississauga End!?

Last week, I had 4 days of training in Mississauga; it seems like I can't avoid going there! For the last 10 months, I've had quite the trek to work. It involves almost 100 kms of driving, (in rush hour traffic, or slow traffic due to some sort of accident).

I take a total of 5 highways (yes count them 5) to get home: 401 -> 400 -> 407 -> 404 -> DVP. Thank goodness my next client is located downtown, only a short drive on the DVP. I will now be able to reclaim 2 hours of my day!

It's been 3 years

Well, it's been quite a while since I've posted anything, so I thought i'd give it a go again. My great pal Christy posts quite a bit so I thought, why not. It's such a great way to see what is going on with people, amidst a busy week.

Seeing as it is Thanksgiving today, I thought it'd be fitting to list a few things I am thankful for (I'm essentially borrowing this from Christy).

1) My Family. I am thankful for a big happy family (this includes my two frisky orange felines).

2) My Job. I'm blessed to be in a great position, in Canada's Largest Professional Service Firm. When things get tough at work, I will try to remember how fortunate I really am, and that a lot of people would do anything to have a job like mine.

3) Coffee. Sad as it is, coffee is a staple in my life. It kick starts me in the morning, and gets me through the day.

4) Great Friends. Whether it be friends from highschool, university, work, church, or friends of friends, I know that I have people whom I can always count on. I have a lot of friendships that have gone on for years, in today's day and age, that is not too common. My longest and best friendships would have to be with: Luke & Nick (20 years), Shilpa (14 years?), Christy (6-7 years?), Nathaniel (20 years?). Of course, there are also those newer friendships that also mean the world to me.

5) Health. Aside from a few bad colds throughout the year, I'm in good health and quite thankful for that.

6) The office near work. My firm recently acquired a mid-sized company that happens to be located 5 minutes (by car) away from home. I can't say how convenient this is going to be for me when I need to do expenses, use a printer, or do late night work (I can't focus on work at home).

Well, if you've read this post, thanks. I'm quite new to this 'blogging' thing again, and will hopefully get good at it.

oHHHHHhHH BLOG ME the newest craze!

How long do you think this will last? Will this become as common as mp3s? Probably.
